[He looks pleased, at least. Kimbley nuzzles against Archer, just slightly. He keeps his arm wrapped around the other man for the time being.]

Yeah. I guess it does.

[He leans in, just slightly, and nips at Archer's earlobe. It's gentle enough that even if Archer had a heartbeat, he probably wouldn't bleed. It's enough of a reminder that Kimbley has horrifyingly sharp teeth without the actual danger.]

But maybe I'm not satisfied with just a kiss.

[Archer rolls his eyes again, but he reaches up to mess with Kimbley's hair playfully anyway.]

What do you have in mind?

[He's probably going to say that Kimbley's moving too fast, but he's curious.]

[He wraps his other arm around Archer's shoulder at that. It's awkward, and he isn't quite sure he's doing the right thing, but he nevertheless holds Archer.]

Does it need a name? We're here together, we feel the same way about each other; what does it matter what we call it?

[At that, Kimbley laughs unpleasantly. He has to pull away out of the hug to cover his mouth.]

He moves carefully after a moment, smirking, but no longer laughing from self loathing. Kimbley doesn't move back to wrapping his arms around Archer, instead he awkwardly shoves his hands into his pockets.]

[No, seriously, he's a gross undead deer. He's covered more in fur than he is bare skin. He's also borderline freezing cold at any given moment, though he's started to get better about raising his body temperature.

[He might hate his appearance, but Kimbley's egotistical enough not to turn down a compliment.]

[You know, in all honest Kimbley wouldn't complain much. It's a very weird thing to like, but if it means Archer's attracted to him like this, it bothers Kimbley a little less than it otherwise would.

It's a whole lot more preferable to "yes, Kimbley, you are ugly now."]

[See that grin? Kimbley doesn't believe Archer for a second.]

[It's definitely not normal, and if he's perfectly honest he does prefer what Kimbley looked like before all this. But that doesn't mean he's lost all interest!]

[Archer doesn't pull away from Kimbley, or act like he finds him repulsive, so maybe that's why Kimbley's handling things fairly well. He take's Archer's hand; not pulling back into a hug because that feels like it's a bit much, but he squeezes Archer's hand after a moment. It's meant to be affectionate, even if his expression is awkward and he clearly doesn't know what to do with his face.]

I don't know how long I've felt this way.
